1. About us
Resolute Roofing is a roofing services business based in Gillingham, Kent (ME8 9UU).
2. Quotes & contracts
All quotes are valid for 30 days. Acceptance creates a contract subject to our standard terms, supplied with each quote.
3. Payment
Payment terms are stated on each quote. Late payment may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
4. Guarantees
Workmanship guarantees: 10 years on new roofs/re-roofs, 12 months on repairs. Material warranties as supplied by manufacturers.
5. Liability
We carry £5M public liability insurance. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or anything that cannot be excluded by law.
6. Cancellation
Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
